At MYSTIC, we stand behind our gear; if your equipment doesn't help you reach your peak performance, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MYSTIC account and select the items from your order history that you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn sports gear in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed by our team.
